European ERP software provider Forterro acquired alltrotec in September 2024. The acquisition aims to enhance Forterro’s ERP offerings by integrating the German company’s APS capabilities, including artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT)- enhanced solutions. This acquisition will also benefit Abas customers and other Forterra users.
