Unit4 has announced its global virtual customer event, Experience4U (X4U), is back on November 8, 2023.

X4U is for customers, prospects and partners from the Unit4 community, where the attendees will learn more about industry trends, best practices and latest developments and also get access to the opportunity for collaboration.

This year’s virtual event will take place over half a day and includes keynotes, panel discussions, an industry analyst presentation and a customer review, alongside other product demonstrations.

Unit4’s CEO, Mike Ettling, is to kick off X4U proceedings, sharing developments to Unit4’s solutions, including its ERPx platform. Ettling will explore how the world has evolved in the last few years and how the right technology can support businesses in facing new challenges.

Claus Jepsen, Unit4’s chief product and technology officer and Rachel Jordan, VP of product, will talk about boosting performance and how to leverage machine learning and AI technologies to deliver SMART automation and people-centric experiences.

Jean de Villiers, Unit4’s chief customer officer, is to examine what the optimal B2B SaaS experience looks like and will outline how to combine Unit4 software and services for better customer outcomes.

Other guest speakers at X4U will also include Ray Wang, founder, CEO and principal analyst of Constellation Research, who will share insight on 2024 market trends and beyond. Also joining will be Michel Etienne, chief technology officer at Foyer Global Health, who will shed some light on the organization’s journey with ERP technology.

“Business leaders recognize how strategic their ERP systems are in not only streamlining operations, but also serving as a catalyst for transformation,” said Ray Wang, CEO of Constellation Research. “With automation and AI taking center stage, customers hope to augment existing workforces and identify new opportunities for growth.”
